Wow... over 2 years later.....

So it's been 2 years since I had even really thought about this blog. I came back one night when I was bored and changed up the look of it, but still never blogged.

One day soon I will find the time to tell you the story of the last 2 years, including my harrowing escape from death shortly after baby's birth (no joke!).

But with full-time work, full-time school, a now 2+ year old, and the purchase of our first home looming in this weeks future, I won't be able to do much more than these few sentences (did I mention husband is in school full time too?).

38 weeks +

We're now over 38 weeks, and I'm seriously DIEING for you to come out.
My belly is huge, and my hip just stopped hurting, but it's worth it to see your little face.

Only, we're kind of sick of waiting, so can you hurry it up a little bit before we decide to take you out? (And by taking you out I mean inducing, no cesarean here please!).

Your cousin Elijah is going to be here January 1st and your Grandma & Grandpa will be here on Christmas. So come be our little present and show up really soon ok?

Just think about it, you start out soooo tiny


(6-8 weeks old and the size of a sunflower seed)

and by then you've got every organ you'll ever need already in place and ready to grow.



24 short weeks in you're already almost a full 1lb.

and 9 little months later (although to mommy it seems like forever) you come out, fully developed, and ready to greet the world.

We're waiting for your grand release date Connor! January 3rd can not come soon enough.
